Two explosions were heard around the Kremlin in the early hours of May 3. The incident was immediately spun as an attempt to assassinate Putin. It is not possible to tell exactly who was responsible at the present, but one thing for certain is that whatever the Kremlin will say will definitely turn out a lie.
