Thomas Spoehr, Director of the Center for National Defense, told TVP World that he would like to see the U.S. tanks delivered quicker to Ukraine but also stressed that he saw “some ways that can be accelerated.”

“There are tanks that we already have. We don’t have to manufacture them. We can put them on boats today,” he said.
