Told through interviews with writers, the faithful and members of the clergy, the heart of the film explores breathtaking architecture around the world dedicated to St. Michael, including shrines in Rome, Monte Sant`Angelo and Santa Maria La Nova in Italy.

Others include Mont Saint Michele in France and Jasna Góra in Poland.

According to the scriptures, St. Michael is God’s greatest angel, a spiritual warrior in the battle of good against evil.

He is considered a champion of justice, a healer of the sick, and the guardian of the Church.

In art Saint Michael is depicted with a sword, a banner, or scales, and is often shown vanquishing Satan in the form of a dragon.

Screened in 811 cinemas around the US in both English and Spanish, the film had an even slightly greater distribution than 2019’s successful US distribution of the Polish film ‘Faustina: Love and Mercy’ about the Catholic Sister Faustyna Kowalska which was screened in 810 cinemas.
