LUKOIL Europe Holdings BV and AMIC Energy Management GmbH have signed a contract to sell to the Austrian company around 230 filling stations in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland,” the company said in a statement on Friday. The deals are to be closed in Q2 2016, the company said.
In mid-2014, AMIC absorbed some 240 Lukoil stations in Ukraine, at a value of USD 300 million, rebranding them AMIC Energy. That deal was hugely succesfull for the largest private-held oil company of Russia. LUKOIL is supposed to concentrate on the internal market.
