Philips Polska is to occupy app. 4,000 sqm i.e. half of Symetris Business Park II in Łódź which belongs to Echo Investment. The tenant was represented by Knight Frank in the process of choosing the location and lease negotiations, Eurobuild reports.

Philips has been present on the Polish market for nearly 90 years and it is one of the most recognizable brands among the producers of household appliances and audio & video equipment. The company is to move into the new area in Q4 this year. Philips Polska has a guaranteed expansion option in the same building. “Łódź has a great entrepreneurship history and opting for Symetris Business Park II by Philips Polska is in line with the tradition. It is worth promoting it by developing top class office buildings,” says Karolina Wilczak-Łuczyńska, associate director in the Tenant Representation Department at Knight Frank. “The presence of Philips Polska in Symetris Business Park II is a proof of the top quality offered in our project. It also confirms the dynamics of the development of the office market in Łódź, which we have an opportunity to co-create,” adds Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment’s Office Department. Symetris Business Park consists of two buildings with a combined leasable area of 19,000 sqm. The complex on al. Piłsudskiego, the main traffic route in Łódź, is BREEAM-certified.
