It is worth promoting it by developing top class office buildings,” says Karolina Wilczak-Łuczyńska, associate director in the Tenant Representation Department at Knight Frank. “The presence of Philips Polska in Symetris Business Park II is a proof of the top quality offered in our project. It also confirms the dynamics of the development of the office market in Łódź, which we have an opportunity to co-create,” adds Paweł Milcarz, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment’s Office Department. Symetris Business Park consists of two buildings with a combined leasable area of 19,000 sqm. The complex on al. Piłsudskiego, the main traffic route in Łódź, is BREEAM-certified.
