Survey: one in five Poles want to change jobs

Poles in private sector work

One in five Poles intend to change their jobs in the coming months, according to a recent survey. The survey by Millward Brown found that the most common reason for looking for a new job is a low current salary – the reason why almost 60 percent of employees decide to quit.

The next two most popular reasons are slim chances of promotion and the desire for self-realization.

The majority of respondents are looking for work by asking friends (over 52 percent), searching on job websites (47.6 percent) or on websites of specific companies (41.4 percent).
