Poland bounced back from their defeat by the Netherlands on Thursday to secure a hard-fought 1-0 win over Wales in the latest UEFA Nations League match.

Świderski struck for the Poles in the 57th minute to put them ahead in Cardiff. The visitors then had to weather intense pressure as the home team went in search of an equaliser.

Despite the win Poland remains in third place in their group, trailing the Netherlands and Belgium.
