Poland’s retail sales increased in real terms by 9.6 percent year on year and by 16.4 percent month on month in March 2022, the Central Statistical Office said on Friday.
Economists polled by PAP expected March’s retail sales to grow in real terms by 15.3 percent year on year and by 0.2 percent month on month.
In current prices, sales increased by 22.0 percent year on year in March against a 18.5-percent expected rise.
