US could send planes to Poland if Warsaw sends jets to Ukraine says Reuters

Blinken visited Poland on Saturday for talks with top Polish officials regarding further US security assistance in the face of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

The US secretary of state has said that the United States is considering sending planes to Poland if Warsaw decides to supply combat aircraft to Ukraine, Reuters reported on Sunday.

Antony Blinken made the statement during his visit to Moldova on Sunday.

Blinken was quoted as saying at a press conference in Chisinau that the US was examining the possibility of replacing aircraft that Poland may provide to Ukraine.

The US secretary of state added that he could not speak about concrete dates but could just say that the entire matter was being looked at very, very actively.
