Panic would be the worst reaction: Ukrainian Def Min

He pointed out that “Moscow’s goal is to destabilise the situation in the streets of Kyiv and weaken the government.” He also reported that, according to Ukrainian intelligence, the Kremlin has not yet “formed strike groups,” so there is no risk of a sudden attack at the moment.

When asked what military assistance Ukraine expects from Poland, Mr Reznikov replied that “any military-technical assistance that demonstrates to the Kremlin that aggression will cost them dearly is important.”

“Poland is our neighbour and friend, there are a lot of Ukrainians are in Poland today. Therefore, a possible Russian invasion may affect Poland much more than any other country,” the minister pointed out.

“I do not want that to happen,” he said.
