More Covid-19 vaccines arrive in Poland on Monday

A supply of 2.6 million Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines and 324,000 AstraZeneca vaccines have reached Poland, the head of the government’s Strategic Reserves Agency told PAP on Monday.

On Sunday, Michał Kuczmierowski had informed PAP that 122,000 Johnson & Johnson vaccines would reach Poland on Tuesday, and that 285,000 Moderna vaccines would arrive on Saturday.

Vaccinations against Covid-19 began in Poland on December 27, 2020.

According to data published on government websites, to date, 26.5 million Poles have already received jabs against Covid-19 and nearly 12 million people have been fully vaccinated.
