The population of Poles who live in cities will drop by 10.3 percent by 2050, the European Union’s statistics office has reported, citing its own demographic forecasts.
But, according to Eurostat, a greater decline in urban population than the one expected to be seen in Poland could hit Greece (by 16.7 percent) and Latvia (by 17.7 percent).
