Poland’s industrial output rose by 2.7 percent year on year in February 2021, the Central Statistical Office (GUS) said on Thursday.
Month on month, industrial production increased by 4.3 percent in February.
Economists polled by PAP expected February’s industrial output to rise by 4.5 percent y/y and to decrease by 6.0 percent m/m.
The seasonally-adjusted industrial production went up by 4.5 percent year on year and by 0.4 percent month on month in February.
Industrial production prices went up by 2.0 percent y/y in January and grew by 0.8 percent m/m, GUS reported.
Economists surveyed by PAP expected producer prices to go down up by 1.3 percent y/y and to grow by 0.5 m/m.
