The number of Poles actively using online banking has risen to over 17 million, according to a report.
The number of customers using such services in the third quarter of this year was over 3 percent higher than in the second quarter, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
The agency cited figures from a Polish Bank Association report.
Włodzimierz Kiciński, vice-president of the bank association, said that saving time was one of the biggest advantages for customers using online services.
Kiciński added that over 7 million Poles now used mobile banking applications.
