Nine out of ten Poles trust Internet banking: survey

According to the survey, more than nine out of ten Polish customers believe that the Internet and mobile banking services are safe.

However, around seven in ten say they have not changed their online banking password in the last year, according to a survey by pollster Kantar TNS for the Polish Bank Association.

An increasing number of Poles are using internet and mobile banking, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.

The president of the Polish Bank Association, Krzysztof Pietraszkiewicz, said that clients should regularly change their password and login for online banking services, and use different passwords for different services.
